An easy guacamole recipe that requires a few minutes to make and seconds to clean up.
Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic
salt to taste
Directions:
Put avocado, diced tomato, chopped onion and finely chopped garlic into a sandwich sized Ziploc bag. Make sure there is no air inside of it then begin squishing it all together until it’s the texture of smoothness you like for your guac. I personally like it smooth and creamy with a few small pieces of avocado here and there. Open the bag and add a dash of salt (salt to taste), close and squish some more.
Once everything is mixed together, slide all of the guac to the bottom of the bag and over to one side. Cut the corner of the opposite side and squeeze to dispense. If you do not use it all use another Ziploc bag and store it inside. It stays fresh for the next time you go to use it.
Other variations include adding jalepeno, cilantro, black olives, green pepper or hot sauce.
What do you like to add to your guacamole?
