If you don’t and you are trying to get your Brand or self recognized these days Online, you probably should think about giving it a shot. Image sharing is a very visual way of attracting a new demographic to your content. Let’s face it, not everyone surfing the Interwebs likes to read Blogs or has a fast enough connection to watch videos.

Maybe you already do share images, but maybe it’s only on your personal URL and you are not taking advantage of all that the Internet has to offer via means of Image posting and sharing.

I am going to focus on FlickR and show you exactly how you can positively draw attention and lure people to your content.

1. Add a title that describes what the image is.

2. Make sure your image (this one being a scanned image) is visible and not pixelated.

3. Add a description of exactly what the images is and add a link/URL if applicable to where the original image might be posted/hosted.

4. Add a link to at least one of your Social Sites. My other sites do not quite reflect my Dad’s autograph collection so there is no reason to add the links to those.

5. Don’t forget the keywords. Make sure they positively reflect the image.
