Michele Northrup has embraced Social Media to win over the sauciest customers and clients with the use of primarily Facebook and Twitter. Since 2008 Michele has TRIPLED her ecommerce saucy sales because she CAN target so many more individuals through these Social Sites.

I personally came to know Michele Online in the Spring of 2009 and in person by that October when I met her at IzeaFest. Let me just say that she is EVERYWHERE! I have watched her do “drop off delivery sales” and promote them through Twitter and Facebook.Michele is very consistent in keeping her target customers happy, engaged and the sauce of course brings them back for more.

Michele Northrup is a mother of three 12 year old boys, yes quantity three! As if raising them is not enough her current company has her on a hot trail to success. Her all natural gourmet and hot sauce company has rocked the culinary industry with 40 national awards in under 3 years of being in business. Including her ketchup being named the #1 in the NATION!

Thank people often and recognize their time to comment on your site or products. Interaction is the key.
Promote others often,it always comes back.

In other words, NEVER forget how you started. Always keep the same brand image and always remember that Social Media is meant to be SOCIAL!

Michele also embraces video and television for promoting.Video is HUGE these days. YouTube gets billions of views a week/day.
