365 Days of Blogging Challenge | Day 20
Tonight I had the honor of speaking about Twitter to a group of 20 (give or take a few) so I wanted to continue the theme and blog about what makes people Tweet. Do you Tweet because you feel you have to or is it because you love networking? Do you Tweet to get the word out about what you do or do you Tweet because you want to meet new people and see what they have to say?
Twitter can be used for SO MANY things from finding new friends to allowing people to see you as the expert in your industry. I Tweet for many reasons. The first reason is and always has been to reach out and meet new people through the Interwebs. The next reason is that I have found Twitter to be an amazing way to share my thoughts, opinions and well …… let my voice be heard. I use Twitter to learn new things I never would have thought were important and I use it to find out what’s going on in the world or simply in and around town.
Twitter has amazing potential so I have to ask you …. What makes you Tweet?

I tweet for the fame, the fortune, the money..no wait I don’t really do I? I am not famous or rich.. perhaps it’s the fortune of finding great peeps like yourself Kim and everyone else that I have met through tweeting.
Twitter is many things to many people and there really doesn’t have to be any reason on why you tweet but I am glad I do and fortunate for the great peeps I have met along the way.

I must admit that I mainly use Twitter as marketing for most of my own posts – I also do a little bit of socializing with other people on the Interwebs through Twitter, but not nearly as much as I’d like to.

Well, I did try and use twitter. I had it for a 2 week and I just posted when my blog had a new post, I then tried adding random people but no none added me back, so I deleted my account. I am thinking to get a new account when my blog gets more posts.
